Old Cahawba/Clear Creek

About

The Old Cahawba Clear Creek access is a low-sloped concrete ramp on Clear Creek just 150 yards from the Cahaba River. Parking is at the Old Cahawba Archaeological Park Welcome Center, and you will need to carry your boat down the 1/4 mile paved pathway (located on the right side of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church) to the access point.

Restrooms are available at the Welcome Center (open Thursday – Monday 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM), and a shuttle service is available there for a fee. You can make reservations by calling (334) 872-8058.
