Foscue Park Trail is .75 miles and amenable to hiking, trail running and walking. The Trail includes benches, campsites, picnic tables, restroomas and dogs are allowed.
Foscue Park Nature Trail laps the picturesque and serene Foscue campground spot located on the peaceful shores of Demopolis Lake. This tranquil area is nestled among the lush green forest, offering visitors a chance to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse themselves in the beauty of nature. The lake is the largest one in the Black Warrior-Tombigbee Waterway, providing ample opportunities for water-based activities such as fishing, boating, and swimming.
The campground offers 54 spacious campsites, each with electric and water hookups, and many of them offer stunning lake views. In addition to the campsites, there are several picnic areas, a playground, a swimming beach, and hiking trails that wind through the surrounding forest. Visitors can explore the picturesque landscape, take a dip in the refreshing waters of the lake, or simply relax in the shade of the tall trees.
