BBTCAC was established in 2005 and has grown to represent more than 450 artists, attracting visitors from all over the world. They serve multiple counties with high unemployment and poverty rates, with a focus on revitalizing the arts economy and encouraging residents and visitors to engage with arts and culture. BBTCAC also collaborates with other organizations to present arts and cultural programs, make presentations, and provide artist demonstrations and workshops.
