The Alabama Wildlife Federation Youth Fishing Rodeo gives kids the chance to enjoy the outdoors and learn to fish at the Alabama Nature Center. Children 15 and under can catch and keep up to five catfish each (catfish only), with unlimited catch-and-release. Each child receives a free T-shirt and a chance to win a door prize. Admission is free, and snacks and drinks will be available. Be sure to register in advance, as space fills quickly.
